the 3,604 cups were each filled with different amount of milk to create the different shades needed for design, which is part of the Rocks Aroma Festival.

ooo!! i ssaw them makin this at the aroma festival i think!! they had a table wit like 4or 5 sections, each section wit diff water colours and then the floor was coded so they know which colour goes where
